退貨或換貨商品必須保持原狀，未經穿著，且所有標籤完好無損。
退貨或換貨運費由客戶承擔。
我們收到並檢查退貨商品後，將在7個工作日內處理退款。
特價商品和定制訂單為最終銷售，不可退貨或換貨。

2. 運送政策

我們提供香港本地配送服務，所有訂單將於確認後 2-3個工作天 內安排出貨。
訂單發貨後，您將收到物流追蹤號碼。
Barefoot Nature 對因特殊情況導致的延誤保留最終解釋權。

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Barefoot Nature! By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned or exchanged item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Shipping Policy

We provide local delivery service within Hong Kong. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after confirmation.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Barefoot Nature reserves the final right to explain any delays caused by special circumstances.
